Hey all, I bought a 16 Rocket III Roadster matte black yesterday! Road it home but then just couldn't get off it. I come from many various Harleys and was wanting something that had a ton of power and looks to match and was totally different. After reading a ton of articles, magazines, websites and youtubes, I came to the conclusion that #1 on my list was a R3 Roadster. When I got to the dealer, the looks and feel of the bike were even better than I could have imagined. The test drive was amazing. I never even bothered with my #2.

I found this site and already got a ton of good info on things like highway pegs and windshields so here I am.

Welcome from sunny Southern California! I remember that feeling from 2 years ago when I got my first one... it never goes away. The factory dresser/crash bars are pretty high quality, a good idea, and a great place to mount your hwy pegs. Skip the windshield :)

Welcome from the UK. You'll find the grin will last for a long while. Take your time to get to know her.

Happy Rocketeering
