Hello Rusty and welcome from Virginia. Something is not right about the turn in on that particular Rocket. Like those above have stated, it could be the tires. And, since you are accustomed to the M109R, I would have thought you would have loved the normal turn in on the Rocket. I have ridden a couple of M109's and really do not like their slow speed manners at all, especially compared to the Rocket. I hope you get it sorted or maybe try a different Rocket.

Welcome from Maine, yes best advice is to countersteer and have the correct tyre pressure, she'll glide through the turns.
