I think it looks like a Suzuki M109 Boulevard on steroids. I didn't like the original with the 60'ish GTO style air intakes and I still think it looks dated.

Good bar bike maybe. Long distance mount, no way.

The 2009 models are on Yamaha's web site nice bike but mot really my cup of tea.

Yup, that is why the Rocket is such a good power cruiser.....its a power tourer also. 18k is way too much for the new max.....11k or 12k max and it will sell well, otherwise I doubt if dealers will be able move very many of them. No way in H E double hockeysticks I pay that much for a max, I'd get another Rocket.
