Figured it was time to get LED turn signals. I heard about the flicker issue without adding a resistor but figured I'd deal with that when I got to it. I ordered these:

They installed and functioned perfectly. No flicker or anything. Just thought I'd share.

Left signal is stock bulb. Right is new led. You can barely tell the old one is on.in that photo!Nice and bright!

In the UK for MOT issue is with a frequency of flashing. Is it much faster than old one?
And how come on US amazon they are 10 dollars and on UK 20 pound-25 dollars?

After review, it seems to flash a little faster. Maybe I'll throw in the resistor.

As for US vs. UK prices: I'm no expert on global-economic intricacies so I'm just gonna chalk it up to 'murica... freedom... bald eagles... guns... yee-haw... and all those other hyperpatriotic whats-names.
