New to Triumph

hello everyone! I've been riding since I was 10, and have always enjoyed getting out on two wheels. I started with hondas, had a couple of HDs, and currently have a Roadglide, and my wife's Vulcan 500.
I've been looking for something to ride other than the roadglide and the Rocket caught my eye. I almost bought a leftover 15 R3T, but the pinstripes ruined the lines of the bike for me. Dealer also had a 13 touring but it didn't have abs so I kept looking.
I decided On the R3R because the roadglide filled the touring bike need. Searched for months for the right bike. Finally located a used 14 R3R with white stripes and bought it yesterday. Now waiting for my check to clear with the seller to get it shipped from Daytona to Chicago. It's rainy and 40 degrees here today so the wait is tolerable.
This forum looks great and played a big role in my decision to get on a Rocket. Looking forward to many years on this machine.
