New Roadster owner from Conn.

Bought my 2018 Roadster in August and absolutely love it. Prior ride was a 1987 Kawi Concours, but the itch for the R3 just kept growing. Had been lurking on list gaining info for about six months prior, waiting for R3 price to come down. Then one day it was so low I had to buy it! This is the craziest, most fun on two wheels--can't beat torque and riding one big, intimidating looking bike.

Also currently have a 1971 BSA Lightning (who needs more than 4 gears?) and a 1983 GPz 550 (restoring and hoping to sell in spring). Owned a Norton Commando for 20 years and is the only bike I regret ever selling.

I've learned a lot from you guys already, and look forward to your responses to future questions. Very glad this groups exists.

It is true you just can not get enough of this bike, she bites back hard - even now I still find myself grinning from ear to ear.
