Riding is very good therapy. A great place to sit and meditate . For me, I praise God for being so blest to ride and enjoy His creation. I don't deserve it, but He gives me the desires of my heart. I say count your blessings, name them, one by one, see what God has done.

Yes... I tell folks I'm into "Road Therapy..." as it doesn't matter what kind of day I've had... there's not much more enjoyable than opening up the throttle and simply going 'that way'... ;-)
