Welcome Moses, I have had my Rocket new from June 2005 and mine does not vibrate the answer the shop gave you is typical when they cannot find anything wrong.
yes, three rockets. the first one had oil pressure issues so it went back with only a few hundred miles, and the second one succumbed to a rapid de-celleration incident involving a two foot diameter white pine and triple digit speeds. ahh, my" turbocharged bread truck". that one had suspension/braking issues that led to its demise. severe diving under hard braking which tended to render the rear brake usless. wont make THAT mistake again! so, this noise and vibration is normal or what?
My stock mirrors were useless over 3000 rpm too, even a couple magazine reviews commented on that. The billet ones I have now do better, but still get a little fuzzy with the rpm's. R3's aren't the smoothest engines in the world at rpm's over 3k, but it's something thats normal and you will get used to it eventually.
Welcome aboard.
