Yes riders who buy Harley think it's a totally American made bike. Not! But the profits still go to Harley. I was amazed the Kaw and the P designation thing happened. The bike is made in Japan I would assume. The ST is P rated, so why in the world would Kaw not P rate their new wiz bang police bike,,,,?

I would think not. The BMW is still made in Germany, at least that is what I've been told. I've never heard of BMW having an American assembly plant.
