New Hack from the States

Welcome aboard, try www.customtripletrees.com. I have their 5 degree trees on my 2011 R3 with a sidecamper. Good quality product.
It will make a big improvement in the steering effort.

Hi -
Recently acquired a 2013 Triumph Rocket 3 Tourer with Champion sidecar, that steers with all the ease of a cow in cement! Looking to source a leading link fork for her. Makes for a stout tug otherwise! Did 1220 miles in 2.5 days from Olympia to Los Angeles as my break-in trip.

Been riding for 30 years, and this is my first -

You have several options:
1: Wider handle bars
2: Change the fork angle with replacement triple tree.
3: Trail reducing plates
4: Leading Link

I have a R3R outfit and have a leading link. If your bike is correctly set up a steering damper should not be needed. Although I have my leading link set up to steer very light and fast so low speed head shake will occur as the tyres wear so I have fitted a damper.
