I have a problem with Neutral light not Coming on. I taken the switch apart cleaned contacts and I noticed that brass pin on the selector plunger has seized in and is not coming out far enough to make a contact onto the switch, any ideas how to sort this out or get The pin out....

If you pick at it you may damage something.. Try soaking it in CRC or WD40 first.

You should be able to pull the pin out. Use long nose pliers if need be. Get it out and give it a good clean with steel wool of fine sand paper. Squirt a bit of WD40 in the hole and replace the pin. Work it in and out on the spring inside to make sure it moves freely.

Problem with neutral not showing is that you can't let the bike idle with the stand down. It also means presumably that the ECU probably doesn't know which gear you're in so it will effect your mapping.

Welcome by the way. Hope you get the sorted.

Look for the spring behind it as its what pushs it out to contact the switch. clean brass/copper contact point with some scotch brite and check the connector there might be a corrosion problem preventing contact signal to the light.

Shoot some Kroil on it. If stuck for any friction reason..Kroil is unbelievable! I've even been able to free frozen SS bolts with it after letting it sit for 12 hours. Nothing like it for frozen ****.

Should it come down to the actual gear position sensor being bad, let me know. I have an extra one for a non-Roadster. Long story.

you have a lot of good info but if all of this fails surround the plunger with a rage then you could take a small drill and drill through the center then take a pointed air chuck and try to blow into the hole and blow it out. it might not be stuck the spring might be broken. as a last resort you can take a small screw and try to screw it (in the hole) into the plunger while pulling on the screw.
