My idle problem finally solved!

Ok I went out today after being gone for two weeks tried to start it and I have no fire at all I even tried ether straight in the carbs. Any idea what would cause that

How old is the battery? I've seen worn ones turn the bike over but not have enough juice for everything else. Also do not touch the throttle while turning her over. I'd clean the terminals . Oh and along with the questions above did you do the RamAir and fuel controller (not sure what kind) yourself or was it on there when you got the bike?
