Congrats on the ride MM..I remember leaning on that same landmark when I was in the rotisserie South a few years ago with my Florida pals....I had a Russell Day-Long built for myself and pillion last year and they work just like they say...You can ride all day and not notice you're on a motorcycle seat..You might get a little mental weary but your butt will do fine...I just ordered one for my other bike too...
Must be nice! All I get to do is open my garage door start my bike and rev it like I'm going somewhere. I have a 5 foot snow bank in front of my garage. 3 inches of rain expected tonight with flood warnings issued. SPRING IS COMING, YEAH!
Although the roads are pocked with gargantuan pot holes, cracks and sand. It's going to be a tough start but I can't wait.
Happy trails.
Phatdad, be patient, spring will be here before you know it and that snowbank will be just a memory. It was pretty chilly here this morning (middle 30's) when I rode out to eat breakfast with my former Gold Wing gang. Unfortunately I forgot and had my Triumph jacket set for "flow thru" use on the mesh. When I left the breakfast I unzipped that lower pocket and broke out the "rain poncho" covering of the jacket and all was right with the world again as that cold wind was now blocked.
