Can someone give me the way to tune this thing correctly with my tuneboy? Can't seem to find my manual either
The symptoms are hard start, low rpms on start, idles a bit high when warmed, you blip the gas and the rpms jump up, than sink lower than running, and then raise up seconds later.
It also sounds very rough at idle. Still feels like it's pulling full/part power-just runs rough.
Dave you can download a service manual for $10. http://www.tradebit.com/filedetail.php/ ... nts-eBooks
It has a section on balancing your throttle bodies. Of course it refers to the triumph diagnostic tool. I would think you could use tuneboy.
That's how it all started. The idle screw, which DID solve my problem-but somewhere along the line I inherited the above problems-which is not the idle stall fix problems-but something else to do with the TPS and the cold start...
I seemed to aquire some problem a while back and I simply reloaded the tune and it has been well since. I think this was the computer trying to improve my tune, since it wasn't in open loop (or is it closed, I'm a little hazy on that whole thing)
