The one I have is simular but you ride the bike completely onto the dolly both front and back wheels ,and two levers raise the stand and lift the rollers off the ground and secure the "Dolly"you can turn the rocket around in its own length and push it sideways with one hand

I like the rolling chassis made in NZ you can buy it for about $200 nz .
on ebay start at 350 us and I guess not including shipping
