In my case, I gotta do this . Anyone get one of these in a truck bed? What did you use. I'm actually looking for one to load a '84 Honda V65 sabre into a truck bed.Going to take my son his truck and motorcycle out to California. I'd like to have a fold up so I can close the tailgate.... Anyone?

When I moved my V65 Magna, I went to the uhaul store, the counter guy let me ride it up a ramp into a truck, then I backed up my truck, put the uhaul ramp onto my tailgate, and rode the bike out of the uhaul into my truck.
Unloading was 3 strong guys lifting down the rear then the front with the truck backed up to a high curb.

I don't use a ramp but a lift from Mountain Masters. Can load any bike into truck, removes with 3 bolts. I can load the Rocket by myself.

most motorcycle/atv shops have ramps built outside for 4 wheelers and such or a truck loading dock

My pickup bed sits pretty high so I used the ramp to load the bike onto my ATV trailer which sits fairly low. Then I used the ramp to load the bike from the ATV trailer into my pickup bed. 2 step process but a lot easier than the steep ramp.

FYI - I still have a mint garage-kept 1984 V65 Sabre and the Hondaline fairing with lowers. Bought it new in 1984 and never really rode it that much, only has 2820 original miles on it right now. I always ride it with deck shoes (no socks) and the engine casing sits right alongside the right peg and burns the crap out of my inner right ankle. Yeah, I know I could wear boots and it would probably be fine but... Took it out for a short post-winter ride last week. Still fast as He!! but with a seriously dated suspension compared to the new sport bikes. Also had a new 1983 V65 Magna which didn't burn my ankle and I put a LOT of miles on it...
