Any one have a motocomm system. If so what is your experiences. I am needing a system for passenger to driver communication and be CB able. I dont have a lot of money to spend, which is the reason i am looking at this system. Seems to have what i need at a decent price.

Sorry Fat Cat. I have the Chatterbox system and my wife uses a hand held walkie talkie when in the car to keep in touch with me. Or she uses the cell phone.

I have motocom. It works pretty well, but there is some fiddling to do to get it hooked up and adjusted. You MUST test it at speed. You spend a lot of time dialing it in, then go out on the road and find the wind noise is so great you can't hear a thing. Ultimately my kid got sick of hearing me jabber about stuff, so he would pull the plug and use hand signals. The motocom would shut off his iPod for a few seconds every time I keyed the mike, he hated that. We found we could do fine with hand signals and the piece and quiet are irreplaceable.

Come to think of it, you REALLY may want to think over the whole concept of wiring your wife into the loop while you ride.
