Look at these welds

Maybe some duct tape wrapped around that seam. We used duct tape for everything in the military.....

...."100 mph duct tape"

If you got access to a welder,
Then I'd reweld it.
If not,
I'd run it till it gives up.
And Ice is right,
JB weld definetly won't work on any exhaust part.

OK, I'm going to "dry fit" it first on my Rocket, to make sure that there's nothing else amiss with it (like angles of the pipe inlets/outlets and/or mounts), etc. Then I'll go find a welder to touch up that seam.

Guess I now will be painting it thereafter.

I have one of those little MAPP gas/Oxygen torch kits but I'd probably burn a gigantic hole in it, trying to reinforce that bead....

..roll wit it..you won't need it anyway when ya get dem preds..should be enough people ready by now to get Sam to make a new batch..

Will mine looked just as good and never leaked or gave out even as it sits on the floor still in my garage with the Tors and the stock pipes

Yeah, some pretty crappy looking weld. Do as Tacker recommended, it's quick, easy, cheap, and reliable. Oh, I'm not a welder, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn. 8)
