left him in the dust

Last fall at the track mine turned 10.8 second quarters ... I don't know of a lot of factory automobiles that do that. It was consistently ahead of the bikes turning 9's at half track (1/8th mile) ... I'd put it up against any out-of-the-box American car under an 1/8th mile.

I went back to look at the slips, 6.8 seconds @ 100mph .346 reaction time (****ty) at the 1/8 mile mark. Not to shabby with oversize windscreen and saddlebags.

ps... the bikes that were in the 9's both redlighted, so I won those too. lol The R3 musta unnerved 'em. :p

The Z06 makes 505 HP and the new CTS-V makes 556 HP. If you're going to race these things just make sure the race ends at around 100 MPH.

I pulled alonside a porsche 911 recent carrera model and from 100mph I smoked him up to 150 MPH phenomenal acceleration (on the highway and straight line)

Flywheel. Not to the ground. There is a parasitic power loss of around 30%.

I took a black CTS-V for a drive (our division manager has one). I like it. Lugs your ass comfort that hauls ass. I was gentle. Only took 3rd to 100 or so. 2 more to go.

Someone have a spare 70 grand I can borrow? I could actually drive a Government Motors car...maybe.

Does the rocket do 150??? than there is something wrong with mine, it does only about 138ish!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

While I was reading this, I couldn't help but think of the hot Z06 I raced from a rolling 25mph. He jumped first and then I jumped. I stayed with him until the speed limiter. They are very fast. He disappeared on me like I was sitting still and I was going about 125mph. **** Wilson's must have overloaded a tune during my 20,000 mile service. I previously had the speed limiter set with Tuneboy for 140mph and secondaries wide open, which I tested on a CaymanS. He left me in the dust too at 140mph. I was able to hold my own on the CaymanS for a tiny bit, then he blew by me like I was on a Vespa.
