K&N Water Resistant Pre-Filters

I have obtained through K&N (at the urging and request of many of my customers), water resistant outer covers for the RU-2780 under bearclaw pod filters that are so popular with Captains worldwide.....

The water resistant filter covers come in K&N Red (to match the fliter media) and pose basically no resrtiction (according to K&N's engineering department, less than 1/10th of 1 percent total restriction per cover).

Cost of the covers is $13.60 USD each or a set of 3 (for a complete set) of $40.80 USD. As always, they are available for worldwide delivery.

That sounds competitive with the "Outerwears" I had to buy when K&N told me they didn't make covers for the RU-2780's. Did they just start making them, or just didn't have any when I needed them?

Maybe they just don't like me ...

Some folks don't want red,
it'd sloooow the air down getting into our black motors.
Guess I could always just dye them huh?
