Yes they are. I installed them last year. They are nicely made, look great and sure beat the plastic.

Are those cable clamps the 'brushed' or machine polished?
They looked like the brushed ones.
I guess when you run these wire clamps ,the wiring is held out from the bar,not snug against it?

They are both machined finish. The wires are held out a little like Skip said. There is still clearance from the tank. I definatly recommend these products highly. My stock brake line clamps kept coming off and it got really anoying. I bet they don't move now.
