It misfires in only one gear?

Hi, it 'feels' like a misfire. I open the tap and it has this apparent misfire but it does not happen on steady acceleration, overrun and deceleration, or strangely in any other gear.

In 4th - any specific rev range where you notice more when you hit it - sort of hesitation?
