Of course, the allure of the R3 was too much and I bought one without a test ride, now counting days until arrival. We'll see if the HD can survive sharing garage space with the R3...

Mine seem to play well together, but the Rocket don't get much love from the missus...much prefers to spend her a$$ time in the princess seat on the back of the HD

I love all motorcycles. I don't like most of the current Harley riders. Most of them are posers, but not all. I have a few Harley buddies that love to ride as much as I do. They don't like to wear Harley gear anymore because of all the idiots that are riding Harley's. I noticed a good way to tell the real motorcycle enthusiasts from the poser :first the real riders most expensive possession is usually their motorcycle. Not all Harley riders are *****heads. The last 20 years has really seen an explosion of anuses riding Harley's.

As far as power. The last two years Harley has dominated the Pro Stock Motorcycle class. In 2012 , the Harley's won 15 of the 16 events. If you look close,the playing field
Was not level. Harley's had an advantage. That is what money can buy.

My thoughts about the spyder?
I told a friend the other day "nice girls bike" he called me an s-hole and i lost his friendship
On the other hand, i ride the hell out of it and i like it, my wife has done 980 miles in one day with plenty of energy left to play and win the finals on a soccer game, the same day
She loves that thing, it is serviced and ready for another 980 mile ride one way to Maggie Valley in may
As far as having one bike and a bunch of scooters i kinda agree with you, after the rocket everything else is a mini bike

make her happy and get her one the only thing is after I got mine one now she wont ride with me lol I guess that is not all that bad I would say buy a used one as they are not holding there resale at all look around you can get one 2 or 3 years old under 8000 miles for 6 to 10 k a lot cheaper than 20 to 30 k
