It seems to work when you order from France. I just try to order few things and was able to go until my credit card number.
But I suspect there is so much delay from different suppliers that Triumph have closed web site in several countries.
I ordered "R foot peg ki"t for my GT, going through my dealership 2 months ago. He told me yesterday that it is forecasted in three weeks.

I ordered on June 18th a clutch cable for my 21 years old HD, I am still waiting for it ...
 
i called my local dealer and they advised me 8-12 weeks
I asked for regular mail and they said it will be $300 more

I called head office and a very nice person said, just call the store and order from them. I'll make sure its here in 2 weeks air freight.

Local dealer was unimpressed with my efforts
 
Everything from Australia is taking a long time to get, order from england and 1 week turn around. I order shirts from the triumph race team in spain and its months. Guess it is what it is.
 
Bike Bandit is behind too. I've already got 3 notices about my order being delayed.
 
Bike Bandit just sent me an email, that my alternator puller has shipped. Ordered 7/28/2020
