I have to agree. Mine is now set up such that it meets my cruising needs, "pottering about" needs (when the boss is on board" - and way exceeds my whizzy needs. The PC5 I'd use the second map slot just to lean out a bit at "cruising" for steady long distance hauls.
YOU really dont need a second leaner map because your only cruising at part throttle so one map leaned out for max mileage at cruising speed is fine if you want more power for passing just open the throttle to a a richer AFR
Makes sense I guess, so a map which conserves a little in the lower to mid (< 3.5K rpm) and kicks in hard over say 4.5K rpm sound about right? Which isn't far off stock right lol??
I guess I better get used to the fuel bills cause I'll never be able to hold back on the throttle when road conditions beg for it

I totally agree UNLESS you change the Triumph ECU values via TuneECU at the same time. Actually some interesting changes to how the beast reacts are when you mess about with the secondary throttles and F->L switch.
