How do you bleed the front forks

Help! I changed the front fork springs fresh oil but, could someone pls tell me how to bleed the air out

Fully compress the front forks several times. The air bubbles will come out. Patience grasshopper.....

Какую вязкость вы наносите маслом на перья? Как я понимаю с индексом w5?
Поделись, может надо увеличить вязкость, буду больше в городе использовать. Поблагодарить.
