How could someone not see me?

I was jolted forward pretty hard and managed to keep control of the bike and not get pushed into oncoming traffic. Thanks for the support guys. He was in a SUV so it rocked the rockets world a little. He wanted to shake my hand and apologize, but I politely told him that was not in his best interest or mine due to me being so upset.

At least he was apologetic. A few months ago as I approached SB into a wide open 4 lane intersection in broad daylight with a green light a big cadillac coming EB into a red light slowed then rolled right into my path. As soon as I got the bike under control I drove up beside his window to cuss him out then saw it was an old woman in her 80's. I bit my lip and drove on. She began chasing me, changing lanes whenever I did and bearing down on me. Finally, I had to turn onto a different road to get away from her! We already know that fools and as*holes inhabit every age category. It's a shame when their sex makes them immune from getting what they deserve when they almost kill us.

I know right, to the Harley comment. And to answer the taillight question, not really sure that is after I had to pry it off the tire with a crow bar.

Had exactly the same thing happen to me earlier in the year. Old lady shunted me at a stop sign. $1,700 repair bill and that was repairing rather than replacing the rear guard. Insurance covered it and chased her for the bill.

I counted 16 ball passes. Got that right. Nope didn't see the gorilla. I use 4 lights with High side brake lights in the hope traffic behind me actually sees me stopping or stopped. This picture is with just the low side light.
