I swam from the Pentagon to the USS Wisconsin in Norfolk, 224 miles. Potomac river to Chesapeake Bay then to the Elizabeth River. 15 days straight.

I seem to remember several being caught and sent to Captain's Mast back in my day, now it's okay I guess. Or did you mean something else?
