Hello from NYC!

I just got the Bike I've always wanted, a Triumph Rocket 3 Roadster 2018. I'm really grateful to have this ride, and enjoy it at the same time. I'm based in New York city, people here have never seen a bike like mine, haha! They always go-"that ain't a Harley, cause that looks definitely better than one!"

On that note, I've been struggling looking for particular accessories for my ride. I want to be able to have some kind of small rail system on the rear fender so I can strap my bag using bungee cords, or tie down duffle bags for a large trip. I don't want to add saddlebags on my bike.

If anyone, especially those who are more experienced than I am have any suggestions, please let a brotha know.

Welcome aboard brutha! From Christchurch New Zealand....you gonna love this bike....my current Rocket I got the day B4 Xmas 2017. I have a rack on the back of mine which allows me to attach a bag.Check out ebay....mine is from Germany...cheers Tal.

NYC? Do you live in the city? How long does it take you to find some open road to have fun on?

I hate it when I get up near Chicago and city traffic. Not my cup of tea.

If I'm in the city, yeah. But to skip Traffic I go on the bike lanes lol. As for open road, heading to Montauk, Bear Mountain, or any other open roads are great for me!

That's so cool! Thanks for sharing. That is literally what I want, I'm looking up the brand now. I love what's you've done with your ride. I have photos below, I actually just installed engine guards yesterday (these photo's don't have it).
