I was born in the County of Essex, England, and moved to Ohio in 1987. That meant a major change in riding behavior (I had to slow down a lot to avoid tickets!), and very different roads.
I have been riding for 44 years and have owned a variety of bikes from England, Italy and Japan. I think 3-cylinder bikes are special, and I have 3 of them in the garage. The R3R is my first "feet-forward" bike, and it's definitely a big adjustment.
This forum has been hugely important in preparing me for Rocket ownership. The forum is an incredibly valuable resource. I want to thank all contributors for their knowledge, and for their willingness to take the time to pass their knowledge along to Rocket newbies.
