Yeah, you bike won't start... won't turn on the lights.... nothing. Like me!

I had the same problem previously mentioned. The dash lights would turn on, but no headlights, no ignition, no nothing.

$172 later, I now have two keys to deal with because I was too cheap to buy a new locksets for $400.

I got the DEI cool tape from Summit Racing, and I haven't had a problem since.

Another sign of a bad ignition switch is your lights not going off. I am going through this now. Triumph is sending me a new switch.

Im having a b*stard of a time getting this tape - would exhaust header wrap tape do the same thing?

Im going to do a hunt of the local car parts shop and see if they have any. If they dont then I will take you up on the offer
