Head count for raa east 2018

I think they told Jim this morning they had like 6 rooms left. But not everyone on the list has booked rooms.
 
Ms Wendy; Saw a large party tent set on the lawn in one the RAA gatherings. Was that leased or did the hotel furnish it? We are going to quite a crowd and a big tent would be kool and dry
 
The tent was at Maggie Valley and the hotel set it up. We all just paid extra when we got the room to cover it. I don't know if there is a place in that area to rent a tent.

There is a large clear green area on the front. The asphalt parking area is big enough to accommodate a tent.
