Got all spares and ready to reassemble clutch

Warp when it says preload back lash eliminator how is this done by a smart person I have been screwing around and at present only have one good hand as I bumped my sore paw on bike again is there an easy or smart way to line the basket and the oil holes up

The smartest way..... is to get someone else to do it!

Val all I did was start the first gear into the crank gear and then using a large flat screw driver between the gear teeth on both crank and basket gear to pry and take up the preload on the spring. its fairly easy. When you get it to slide on make sure you line up the drive pins on the oil scavenger pump.

I found out how to do it using a taper pin through the holes very easy when you see what they are on about but at the time the books directions were rubbish for future reference this way works just place basket on bench and drive taper pin through hole until gears line up.
