anyone in Brisbane/Gold Coast area bought a front tyre recently?
I'm being quoted $360 - $380 for a Bridgestone in Warwick/Toowoomba area, i paid $425 for a rear 3 weeks ago and thought front would be a bit cheaper.

I just purchased a front tire for 112.95 incl shipping. V-rated Shinko. Then again I'm not in oz.

Sounds way too much. Can't remember exactly what my last Avon was but $270 rings a bell. Shop around mate. Which Bridgestone have you found in the right size? They don't do the Exedra to fit as I recall.

Sounds way too much. Can't remember exactly what my last Avon was but $270 rings a bell. Shop around mate. Which Bridgestone have you found in the right size? They don't do the Exedra to fit as I recall.

I just gave the guy the size and told him what bike it was for....although he ask me what model R3 it was for? Anyway he didn't offer any other info just the price.

I'll shop around and maybe specify Avon.

Hanso swears by his Shinko, which is another option and I think cheaper again. I'll be sticking with Avon.
