Front Tire Mileage

Note also there is no cupping where as I still got cupping on the Avon Cobra on the front
I found the Cobra wore VERY lopsided. much faster on the right. I think the Cobra MAY be a little more pressure sensitive than the Metz - though in warmer climes a better tyre imo. Even so Spanish roads shred them both in 6500-7000kms.

That Dunlop Elite 3 is a great tire!
I have ran them on other motors with excellent results.
I much prefer the handling improvements produced by a 140 on the front of my motor.
If they offered a 140X17 in the Elite 3, I would have one on my Roadster immediately.

Amen! Perfect even wear and with the (now de-catalogued ZR) Azaro - MUCH less wear.
Once I've sorted the forks out - I may even try a 130ZR - but we will be doing some real world load tests (today with luck).
Sorting the forks should lift the sump and footboards about the same as fitting a 130 will drop it.

Very interesting indeed.
Please keep us posted . . .
BTW - After reading so much about you and others love for this Azaro rear tire run backwards on the front, I am intrigued and have just now ordered one.
When my Avon Cobra wears out, I shall give it a run.

Lucky you - we're searching - I'll get a spare if I find one. Delti which is the EU's largest stockist is sold out. But we'll be reducing the the sag 23mm - maybe even 28.

bought one AZARO very recently at revzilla USA the rep told me they have them IN STOCK ready for shipment..

Now that my rwhp is north of 200, I may go back to this tire in the 140/75, as opposed to the Exedra Max 130 I currently have, just to have a bit more meat up front. Not quite sure, yet. Although a small point, both those front tires have tread patterns that are either exact or close matches to the 240 B'stone Ex Max on the rear.
