I have a 2018 R3 and the front brakes seem to pulsate from day 1. The faster I go the more they pulsate when applied. Any Thoughts?

while you can start bleeding the brakes, check the rotor for deformation, maybe is bent?... check if the calipers are working properly... maybe stuck?

My 2011 Roadster front brake started to shudder but on when coming down hills like the Toowoomba range of the Cunningham’s Gap, as soon as the road levelled out the shuddering disappeared, replaced the front pads and had no more shuddering.

In my experience, pulsating of the brakes, especially if it is felt in the lever or foot pedal, is a result of warped discs.
This is particularly common on vented discs when they get really hot and the brakes are still applied quite hard when at a standstill.
I learnt a long time ago to release the brakes once I've come to a stop and then only apply them enough to hold the bike if on a hill.

I'm afraid it may mean disk replacement.
