Fork Oil Advice

I'm having Progressive springs installed this weekend. Any suggestions on fork oil? Triumph manual suggests 0W in specs section and recommends 5W in the front suspension section. I was thinking maybe going up a tad to a 10W for better handling. Any thoughts?

I am also having the Progressive fork springs installed with bottoming cone extenders and am wondering the same thing. Would a heavier oil improve performance for a relatively heavy rider (280-290#)? Recently added the Hagon Nitro shocks; now really looking forward to having the front end done but it's better already.

I used 7.5 when I installed the Progressive springs. Motul. Seems OK for the last 3 years.
