Fork bushes

I've always wondered about the difference in aluminum and aluminium. Is there only pronunciation difference or is the spelling different too? Not being critical by any means...just curious.

They are the same thing, except you Mericans thought you'd save not just on a vowel as you usually do but also on a syllable.
 
Aluminium is what is wrapped around rum and cola in Aust and Aluminum is what My Favorate Marshin's spaceship was made out of.

Thats not how you spell Marshin is it?

Mabey Martian? I duno?
