Check the collector joints for leaks.That will make it pop on decel in particular.

If the said exhaust system is the one I think it is holy water ain't gunna help. Learn to live with it I think. I thought a different tuner might be able to get rid of it?

it is slightly better Bruce but i haven't had time to tweak the Tune ecu yet to see if i can get rid of it all together , and Neville if i take the PCV out the pop stops so i don't believe there is a leak any where . It just comes down to me being a lazy **** and it don't bother me anymore LOL

Ok, didn't know that. I've seen them with leaks in the centre of the collector. If there is no exhaust leaks, it is a tune issue.
