Yes I did. I've had a number of Bonnies over the years, a '62, '68 and '74. I sold them all before moving to Hawaii in 1999.

Beautiful old Combat Commando Paul and I hope you post the pics of your present one when she's finished. Love the black finish on the exhaust.

If I ever get around to finishing my 57 flat trackers I'll be need a set of scrambler pipes for it in that black finish.

Ouch!
Had the chain on a Suzuki GT185 snap whilst thrashing the crap out of it many years ago. That smashed the alternator cover and gave severe bruising to the ankle/foot! No flesh missing as I was actually wearing proper boots! Attgatt - there is a reason :thumbsup::thumbsup:
