I will surely invite them, also going to work on my sis and brother-in-law.
I think we really need to work the Wayah Road in to one of the rides. It is so pretty you just feel refreshed when you get to the other end. It is not a road to fly through because there tends to be some gravel in the corners. I have done it 3 times and there is not much traffic.

Wilbur-t thanks for the suggestions I will try to incorporate the suggested road into one of the rides. I am going to the area in the next couple of week and meeting with wayne at americian ride maps to do some scouting Tryinging to get them to do some custom tank maps for us of about 5 routes with senic, food and feul stops.

I may take you up on that . . we are in planning stages right now. Tony Mac and his bride have invited us up to Michigan and we may head up there too. We are thinking of taking about 2 weeks and just ride around . . Minnesota to visit some friends, meet the Minnesota crew . . badapl and some of our newest members. Just not sure yet but your place is very do-able . . I'l bring the cigars.

the offer is open we have plenty of room just let me know. be sure the ride the trace and visit patti's settlement when you are at the land between the lakes it is beautiful. Great confederate battleground at the end in dover tn.

I been studying this "rocket launch" topic.
Sounds like we're takin OFF from there so,
how about
Rocket Rendezvous,
That is where rockets meet up and do their thang.
Truth be told, I just couldn't come up with a good patch idea that would encompass all sections of the U.S. with the launch idea.
I'm thinkin a 3 inch round patch, for your sleeve or shoulder,
with a rocker under it stating the year and section of the country,
like :
2009 |South West
2010 | North East
2010 | South East

Event Update
I am going to Maggie Valley this weekend with the family and plan on finializing a lot of the arrangments then, The thread has not been very active the past couple of week. I just want to make sure the interest is still there. The lase count I have is below please let me know I you want to be added to the list or if there are any changes. The dates are Sept 25th - 28th with optional day of riding for those that want to arrive a day early. I will have cost details for food and lodging. Ready by the 22nd of June. A full agenda with ride routes will be included.
