Engine starting to run badly...

Yeah, but what's more of a bummer is that I just got the bike and would really liked to have used it before having to go park it at the dealer.
Oh well...

Ouch that does suck, did it run ok when you got her? I ask because if it did and you run through what you have done since then, maybe we can come up with ideas.
Example, say it ran fine until you raised the tank .... then we can look into vacuum lines that might have been unplugged or pinched.
If you washed it, maybe compressed air on electrical connections could blow out water.

Just tossing out some ideas.

As I bought the bike used from a stranger, I really don't know how it was running prior to me buying it. I did manage to put about 100 miles on it before it started acting up. Aside from putting gas in the tank, there was nothing else I did to it.
Fortunately it's going into the dealer on Friday, and he has a TPS in stock, just in case that's the culprit. I'm hoping that's all it is....
