Electrical Question Hi Beam Indicator

Hey Guy's after replacing battery. When U put lights on hi beam and go back to low beam Hi beam indicator stays on until U shut down and restart. Is this a possible ECM problem ? Sure hope there is easy fix. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance Bubba

If you have extra high beam lights you might not have reconnected the power to the relay from the battery, this somtimes can cause problems.

Try also a total ECU reset. Just disconnect the NEGATIVE battery terminal, leave it off for about 10 minutes, try turning the bike on to drain any juice that may be left as well, and then when you are ****ed sure the computer has complete amnesia about your prior relationship with it, well hook it back up and see what happens.

This should also reset the codes I believe as I do not think that they are written into NVRAM.
