I got the "final" estimate on my R3C at $6600, insurance agreed and the parts were ordered. The parts came in today, and although the Triumph parts catalog shows the read fender assembly with the light on it, when it came, there was no light on it. The dealer called Triumph and they told him that the fender assembly didn't include the lights so now he has to do an estimate for all the light pieces and go back to the insurance company for a supplemental claim of about $600 - $700 so now the cost is north of $7000! And of course I have to wait for the parts to come in all over again. If the new parts arrive in the same amount of time as the first order did, I'm looking at being without a bike for a good 6 weeks. Nothing I can do about it, but thanks for letting me vent.
