eBay would be your only chance. Unless one of members is willing to part ways with one! Very hard to find seats and even harder to find a backrest.

I have a couple of brand new R3Touring seats here in Australia and new and used backrests here for them too!

The one in Nashville at Kevin's and below is a brand new Classic Dual seat and backrest in factory packaging but fits the Dual headlight R3 models from 2004-2018.

I have a r3touring. Will any of these fit?
 
Yes as stated the first 3 photos show factory Triumph R3Touring accessory luxury 'Longhaul' fitments with the seathole mounts for the factory riders backrest, either Dual one piece seat or Bucket Solo seat with separate optional on/off Comfort Pillion.

Both sets use the same Riders backrest.
 
How do i order the one for duel head light models?
 
Another option is to have a seat (upholsterer) person add a Utopia backrest to your existing seat. I've done that on other bikes.
