devils lake and back

Probably posting in wrong place but wanted to post about my day on my classic. I live 175 miles sseast of the bluffs in devils lake. It was spur of the moment and I wanted to go alone anyhow so I could open this beast up. The ride up was construction so I took it easy and for the first time I got better than 40mpg. woohoo got to the park paid my $10. parked in the dirt changed clothes and did some rock climbing, freakin awesome. got some pics if I can upload them. the ride back was when my bike n me got aquainted. campers, boats, and semi's everywhere I was stuck in 2nd gear for awhile traffic was so bad. I decided f-it and went for it, the acceleration and brakes in this bike are incredable. 80 to 100 in seconds then back to 80 getting more confident every pass. once off the hwy some dude on a metric wanted to race ok I let him go by and just rolled on the throttle ya'll know what happened next. I rode the hell out of this bike today 350 miles worth and I can't think of a bike i've been more confident on.
