Dyno readings 146.27 hp and 161.83 torque. Tuned ecu directly. BSD performance in Peterborough.Had the bike for a couple of hours on dyno and half hour ride on road to test set-up
 
Well here are the details of works carried out:-

Installed new steering head bearings,
Installed new clutch - complete kit from America as 4 week wait in UK ???
New fork seals and grade 7 oil and balanced
Rear shocks tested and adjusted to me
Major service including all filters, plugs, oils, fluids - coolant and brake
New map and dyno tune

Results:-



Handling has improved 100%. Previously, I had a little trepidation when making l/hand turns, something wasn't right. Now it's a whole different game and I want to play! The engine is now running so smoothly and the power delivery is awesome!! It's a whole new bike that I now have to get to know.
