Her we are again.
I purchased a R3 GT in October 2020 fully loaded with all the options. in March 2024 the instrument binacle screen cracked, which after researching on the internet is a common occurance. So I took the bike back to the Triumph dealer to try and get it replaced. After a lot of discussions and trying to convince them that this is a known fault and shouldn't happen to a £23K bike after 3 1/2 years, they finally replaced it as a "gesture of good will" as the bike is now ourt of warranty. In March of this year, barely 6 months after it was replaced, the new one now has a crack in it. The bike is not used in the winter and is kept under cover in a brick garage. What is going on with these instrument binacles, and why to we have to fight so hard to get them replaced (warranty or not). they should last the lifetime of the bike.

I agree. Mine cracked at 900km 3 months old. I read somewhere that a guy in the UK is on his 3rd one. It's obviously not fit for purpose and refitting the same thing again to break again isn't good enough

email triumph directly and get the replacement approved from them, usually they are pretty good instead of dealing with Dealer

For a second I thought that read ' email Trump directly ' - I thought bloody hell has enough to be doing
