Went for a wee ride with RocketDaryl last Saturday and could not get the bike out of 1st or 2nd gear still pretty fast with just these two gears

You must of got out of first at some point or u wouldnt of been able to use second
on a more serious note it may be the gear actuator not sure of its official name but mine had to be replaced under warante on my 09 and the upgrade makes her so smooth much smoother than when she was new the gear changes are effortless now

Sorry Mitch I should have finished my post but the cartoons came on the telly
I was riding with RocketDaryl(have to change that name now) with his brand spanking new BonnieT100 so the fecker would not go over 50 maybe 60 tops because of some break in procedure WTF when I bought my bike the very first thing I did was see how fast it would go and have never stopped since
Long story short my bike is okay just did not want to labour the engine by going up to 3/4/5th at such low speeds

Or leave long THICK black marks in front of the harley dealers doors.

I'd take it in to the dealers and see if they'd do an upgrade on her Dave,
she should be able to still outrun a T-100 even in 1st.
