Clock/Fuel gauge pod mounting clamps replacements

2005 bike new to me. The handlebars are heavily corroded. Unfortunately the Clock/Fuel gauge pod mounting clamps are trashed. The bolts for the clamps are semi seized so any attempt to remove them would destroy them. Any line on replacement clamps?

I would be surprised if there an aftermarket piece that would fit. You may have to trash the bolts and replace them with stainless steel ones. Either that or paint (or plasti-dip) them black.

The bolts are fine. The problem is the low grade alloy used to cast the clamps and the crappy plating. Both clamps are toast and need to be cut to remove them. I'm not going to remove them until I get replacements.
